Tune 211 - In the Toyshop

A tune I got from a chum Pete Thompson about which I know no more. Flowers and Frolics play a tune that is similar with the same name so this may be a 'folk processed' version of that tune.

Just received this from Martin Ellison via melodeon.net:
I think I'm safe in saying that this tune was introduced to the folk world by myself and concertina player, Roger Edwards, in the early-mid 1970s. We found it on an LP of fairground organ music, taught it to Flower & Frolics and many of our contemporaries and the rest, as they say, is history.
Your version shows signs of the natural evolution of tunes passed via the aural tradition but most definitely the same tune.
